Limin Liu
Biography
Limin's academic journey began with her doctoral training in sociology at Peking University, enriched through research stays at Humboldt University of Berlin and the University of Tübingen, and further strengthened with advanced statistical training at Ghent University. In 2019, she became a statistical consultant at the Center for Data Analysis and Statistical Science (DASS) at Ghent University and the coordinator and lecturer for Flanders Training Network for Methodology and Statistics (FLAMES). In 2025, she joined the FLAMES team at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Her expertise lies in qualitative data analysis with NVivo and MAXQDA, initial data analysis with R, and mixed methodology. She is happy to share her research experience in the fields of inequality, social stratification, as well as quality of care (QoC) and quality of life (QoL) studies.
